Section 3 : Installation Guidelines
Once your order form is accepted, an initial line of site survey is performed to ensure the service can be delivered successfully. Extended delivery time may be incurred should further infrastructure be required to fulfil your order. In the event of the order not being fulfilled it will be cancelled without cost to yourself. Successful fulfilment will ensure the order is passed on to the installation team for Step 2 to commence.
The installation team will call you to book a suitable installation date and time (AM or PM appointment) and will take the installation fee of £90
On the day of installation the engineer will visit your premises to fit the equipment and configure the provided router and associated equipment if ordered. Upon completion the engineer will ask you to sign the worksheet to confirm you are satisfied, following completion. The engineer will also give you the invoice and card receipt for the £90 installation fee for your records.
Your service will start, you will be emailed a digital direct debit form to complete and submit online. All service invoices will be emailed directly to you with the invoice date of the 14th of each month with collection by direct debit on or around the 24th. Any pro rata charges will be calculated and added to your first invoice.
Your personal information will only be shared with organisations where we are required to do so for operational or legal purposes and will never be given out for marketing purposes.
